About this guide
This guide explains how to prepare and submit your application dossier through the TUIASI Admissions Platform for INGENIUM Joint Programmes.
The platform is managed by “Gheorghe Asachi” Technical University of Iași and supports the online admission process for INGENIUM Joint Study Programmes coordinated by TUIASI.
For the 2026–2027 Admission Session, the programme currently available through this platform is the Joint Master’s Programme in Chemical and Biochemical Process Technology (CBPT). Admissions for the CBPT program are subject to the completion of ongoing certification and approval processes in each of the three participating universities. For detailed academic information about the programme, including curriculum, mobility path, eligibility criteria, fees and scholarships, please consult the Official Programme’s page on the INGENIUM website.
What you can do on this platform
Through this platform, you can:
- create a candidate account;
- complete your online application form;
- upload the required supporting documents;
- download the admission forms generated by the platform;
- upload the signed generated forms;
- submit your final application dossier.
Before you start
Before starting your online application, please make sure that:
- you have a valid email address that you can access throughout the admission process;
- you have checked the official programme page for eligibility requirements and programme-specific instructions;
- you have checked the application calendar and understand the final submission deadline;
- your personal details are written consistently across all official documents;
- you enter your citizenship and residence details correctly in the online form;
- you have prepared clear, complete and readable digital copies of the documents required for your application dossier;
- you have enough time to review, download, sign and upload the generated admission forms before final submission deadline.
You can save your progress and return to your application at any time before final submission.
Application Calendar
The 2026–2027 admission session through the TUIASI Admissions Platform follows the official application calendar below.
Online registration and application submission
6 July – 6 September 2026, 23:59 CET
Candidates must complete and submit their online application dossier through the platform before the deadline.
Evaluation of applications
7 – 8 September 2026
Application dossiers are reviewed for eligibility and completeness.
Online interview
9 September 2026
Eligible candidates that have a complete dossier will be invited to an online interview as part of the selection process.
Preliminary results
14 September 2026
The preliminary ranked list and reserve list will be made public on the current admission platform.
Allegation Period / Submission of Original Documents
14 – 15 September 2026
Candidates may submit appeals or provide original documents, where required.
Final results
16 September 2026
The final admission results will be made public on the current admission platform.
Confirmation of place / enrolment
16 – 18 September 2026
Admitted candidates confirm their place and complete the enrolment steps.

To complete your application dossier, you will need to upload clear and readable digital copies of the required documents.
The documents listed below are generally required for admission to TUIASI joint study programmes through this platform. Some fields may appear only if they are relevant to the information provided in your application form.
Personal identification documents
- Candidate photo – a recent passport-style photo, portrait orientation (recommended size 35 × 45 mm).
- Identity card or passport
- Birth certificate
- Proof of name change, if applicable
Academic documents
- Baccalaureate diploma
- Bachelor’s diploma or official certificate of graduation
- Transcript of records / academic record for your Bachelor’s studies
- Documents related to previous Master’s studies, if applicable
Admission and programme documents
- Curriculum Vitae
- Motivation letter
- English language certificate or equivalent proof of English proficiency
- Medical certificate – which must specify that the candidate “is not on record with psychiatric and infectious-contagious diseases”. If a candidate is on record with psychiatric diseases, they will submit a psychologist’s/psychiatrist’s clearance, stating that they can pursue the respective form of studies.
- Proof of payment of the registration / admission fee
Generated admission forms
At the final review step, the platform will generate admission forms based on the information entered in your application.
You will need to:
- download the generated forms;
- review all information carefully;
- sign the forms where required;
- upload the signed versions back into the platform;
- submit your final application dossier only after all required signed forms have been uploaded.
Please make sure that all uploaded files are clear, complete and readable. Blurry, incomplete or inconsistent documents may delay the evaluation of your application dossier.
How to apply
The application process is completed online through the TUIASI Admissions Platform. Please follow the steps below carefully.
Step 1 — Create your candidate account
Create an account using a valid email address.
After registration, you will receive an account activation email. Please open the email and click the activation link before trying to log in.
IMPORTANT – If you do not see the activation email in your inbox, please check your Spam, Junk or Promotions folder.
Step 2 — Log in to your candidate area
After activating your account, log in to the platform using your username or email address and password.
You will be redirected to your candidate area, where you can start or continue your application dossier from the My Application page.
Step 3 — Complete the online application form
The online application form is organised into 8 sections. Please complete each section carefully and make sure the information entered in the form matches your official documents.
1. Programme Information
In this section, you will confirm the programme and admission session for which you are applying.
2. Personal Information
In this section, you will provide your name, previous surnames if applicable, date and place of birth, gender, marital status and other personal details required for the admission forms.
3. Identity & Citizenship
In this section, you will enter your current citizenship, previous last name if applicable, and the details of your identity card or passport, including series, number, issuing country and expiry date.
4. Residence & Contact
In this section, you will provide your residence details and contact information, including email address, phone number, profession, workplace and social media contact if applicable.
5. Previous Education
In this section, you will provide information about your previous studies, including high school, Bachelor’s studies and previous Master’s studies if applicable.
6. Supporting Documents
In this section, you will upload the required documents for your application dossier, such as identity documents, academic documents, Curriculum Vitae, motivation letter, English language certificate and medical certificate.
7. Admission Fee
In this section, you will find information related to the admission / registration fee and upload the proof of payment required for your application dossier.
8. Generated Admission Documents
At the final review step, the platform will generate admission forms based on the information you provided. You will need to download these forms, review them carefully, sign them where required and upload the signed versions back into the platform before final submission.
Step 4 — Review your application before final submission
Before submitting your final application dossier, review all information carefully.
If you notice incorrect information in the generated forms, go back to the relevant section of the online form and correct it before downloading and signing the final versions.
Step 5 — Submit your final application dossier
Once all required information is complete, all required documents are uploaded, and all generated forms have been signed and re-uploaded, you can submit your final application dossier.
After final submission, your application will be sent for administrative and academic evaluation. Changes will no longer be possible directly through the platform.
After Submission
After you submit your final application dossier, the information and documents provided through the platform will be reviewed as part of the admission process.
Administrative review
Your application dossier will first be checked for completeness, accuracy and document conformity.
This includes verifying whether all required information has been provided, and whether they are valid and consistent with the information entered in the application form.
If any documents are missing, unclear, invalid or not compliant with the admission requirements, you will be contacted by email and asked to provide the necessary clarifications or additional documents. This may delay the evaluation of your application dossier.
Please be aware that after final submission, you will no longer be able to edit your application dossier directly through the platform.
Academic evaluation
Your application will then be evaluated according to the selection process established for the programme.
For the current admission session, the evaluation process includes the review of your academic background and an online interview. The interview is part of the selection stage and may cover your field-specific knowledge, academic and professional background, and motivation for choosing the programme.
Results
The admission results will be announced according to the official application calendar.
Please follow the official communication channels and check your email regularly after submitting your application dossier.
Confirmation of place
If you are admitted, you will need to confirm your place and complete the enrolment steps within the period indicated in the official application calendar.
Failure to confirm your place within the required timeframe may lead to losing the admitted place.
